Refund and Return Policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the original condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in good packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs:

  • If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to the customer (e.g. no longer needed, change of mind), the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Taxes and Fees: No additional taxes will be charged on returns as they will be sent to our US warehouse.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without our prior request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems: Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the merchandise is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.


Refunds: After receiving and reviewing your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
