Water and Dust Resistance Rating Definition
The water and dust resistance rating is the ability to prevent water and dust from entering the internal structure, thus minimizing damage to components and motherboards.
The IP protection ratings of our products are tested under controlled laboratory conditions in accordance with IEC 60529 and GB/T 4208-2017 standards.
The following scenarios were tested under normal temperature and pressure conditions, which are defined as: temperature 15~35°C, relative humidity 25~75%, and atmospheric pressure 86~106kPa (standard atmospheric pressure value is 101.325kPa).

NOTE
IPXX is a product safety rating standard that defines the ability of a device to withstand water and solid foreign objects.The two digits following the IP indicate the level of protection: the first digit (0-6) indicates protection against solid particles, ranging from large objects to dust, and the second digit (0-8) indicates protection against water immersion, ranging from vertical water droplets to high-pressure underwater environments.The IPXX is the standard for the safety rating of a product and defines the ability of a device to withstand water and solid foreign objects.
Sweatproof
Sweatproof means that the surface material of the product is resistant to sweat, but it does not mean that the product can be immersed in sweat. The sweat resistance of the product is tested under our laboratory conditions and meets the appropriate reliability test standards.
Caution
The protective properties of the products are not permanent and may deteriorate due to daily wear and tear. It is recommended to wipe and clean the product after exercise to remove any residue.
The following conditions may affect the protective performance of the product and should be avoided. The resulting damage is not covered by the warranty:
1. Cleaning the device with an ultrasonic cleaner or abrasive cleaner.
2. Dropping the product from a height or subjecting it to other impacts.
3. Having the product disassembled or repaired by an unauthorized Wapik service provider.
4. Exposing the headset to liquids other than fresh water, sweat, and swimming pool water, especially corrosive liquids.
5. Exposing the headset to prolonged periods of sunlight or using or storing the product in hot places, such as in a car. Use or store the product in hot places such as in a car.
6. Charge the product when it is wet.
